Seen Slowly
My name is Sophia Banadinovich and I am a Media and Communications student with a passion for film photography. Through trial and error, I developed a love aEair with film photography as I noticed how it both allowed me to feel a sense of presence and long-lasting appreciation for what I was seeing without breaking the moment by whipping out an iPhone.
When I travel I often feel conflicted about wanting to live in the moment as well as wanting to digitally capture the scene so that I can relive it indefinitely.
Seen Slowly is aa digital portfolio of my favourite moments captured from around the world, hopefully inspiring you, the viewer, to slow down and capture intentionally. This site aims to contribute to community of like-minded photographers, travelers, artists and creatives.
